Frequently Asked Questions
AVIXA, CEDIA, and AIA all require professionals to earn continuing education credit, which they call RUs, CEUs, or LUs respectively, to keep their credentials current. Getting your training approved for one of these gives people a real reason to take your course, not just a nice-to-have.
No. A lot of engagements start with what you already have, whether that's getting existing content approved for renewal units or building the infrastructure to host it properly.
We design the strategy, the content, and the system. We're not sending someone in to teach a live class. What we typically build is e-learning content: self-paced courses, assessments, and certifications that your learners move through on their own.
There are a few options, depending on what you need. Courses can be hosted on our own platform, ProAVCourses.com, or delivered through your existing LMS. If your training video already exists elsewhere, on YouTube, for example, we can build a custom solution that layers exam and certificate delivery around it, without requiring you to move anything. We'll recommend the right fit based on what you already have in place during scoping.
